Whilst KLEVA follows general PMBOK & PMI Standards, we generally work in environments where the requirements and client expectations are more lax. This means that our project teams have had to learn new methods of operation. We now follow a principle of simple reporting with only pertinent information to clients, and in an understandable terminology, yet at the same time maintaining strict internal controls.
We also have high-end projects which require full documentation, control and reporting as per normal PMI/PMBOK methods. Our internal project controls ensure that both methods can be provided per client requirement. In some cases we have to provide both types to different role players within a project.
